Hi, I'm Blaise Pascual

I'm a former USMC Captain turned AI engineer and solo founder. After years leading Marines in high-friction environments — serving as a legal officer, administrative officer, and top-of-class Student Naval Aviator — I left active duty in 2023 to build in the AI space.

The transition wasn't smooth. I got burned by incompetent co-founders, lost a major contract, and realized I never wanted to be in a position where I couldn't evaluate the technical work myself. So I did what Marines do — I adapted. Coding bootcamp, AI engineering program, international hackathon placements, all driven by the same discipline that got me through OCS and flight school.

Now I'm The Autonomous Founder. I command squads of AI agents to ship mobile apps, web apps, and autonomous systems at agency speed with solo-founder overhead. I built Paladin Front — a values-aligned development agency — and Mirror App — a spiritual formation tool for Christians.

What drives me: faith, fatherhood, and building things that matter. I believe in bearing the Image of God in my family and community — that means shipping real products, mentoring veterans and founders, training in combat sports, and refusing to let my kids grow up as passive consumers in a world that demands builders.
